1. Register your account according to the instructions in the image below, and please remember the account and password you registered.
2. After registration, open the newly downloaded Genshin Impact. Do not rush to log in to the shop. After registration, you first need to enter the game, create your own character, then defeat Stormterror. After reaching Knights of Favonius and unlocking the Wish feature, you can continue. Then log in to the shop to start receiving benefits.
First, open the game you downloaded. Click the button indicated by the red arrow in the image below, then log in using the account and password you just registered on the shop page.
